Instruction Sheet: Model 90 Low Beam Headlight

For our Model 90 Low Beam Headlights, use our general operation and installation instructions for LED Headlights.

NOTE: Headlights must be aimed after installation! Headlight must be securely mounted and properly aimed such that the beam pattern “cut off line” complies with all applicable regulations. If you are not familiar with the legal requirements for aiming your headlights, please see a professional service provider. We recommend that headlights are aimed with a headlight aiming system for proper alignment.

The installation of a relay is essential to obtain maximum operating efficiency of all lighting. Relays protect existing switches and wiring to prevent voltage drop that occurs due to inadequate current carrying capacity.
